The Breakthrough: Vitamin C Ester and Psoriasis

Studies have been done where patients suffering from Psoriasis received either the vitamin C ester cream or a placebo cream. After about 7 weeks, it was very apparent that the psoriasis was improved in those particular subjects using the mixed cream.

Vitamin C ester is composed of L-ascorbic acid- basic vitamin C joined with a fatty acid derived from palm oil, called palmitic acid. Adding a small amount of palm oil to the vitamin C molecule may not seem that important but it was a major key discovery to making vitamin C an excellent skin treatment, even with Psoriasis.

Unlike L-ascorbic acid, it can be mixed into creams and lotions and keep its potency for months-even years-without turning rancid.

There have been reports of sunburned people using vit c ester mixed in with cream and seeing incredible results within a day or two. The burns were almost completely healed.

So, Psoriasis sufferers, there is hope! but do not stop here. Make sure to do your research for good quality creams out there before purchasing anything.
